These terms govern your use of growcraft.my and the education counselling services of GrowCraft Education Sdn. Bhd. (Company Reg. No. 202301067412 (1521408-D)), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. By using the site or booking a session, you accept these terms.

1. What our service is

GrowCraft provides education guidance: course and institution counselling, application preparation and submission, scholarship matching, and support with student visa documentation for overseas study. Our counselling is provided free of charge to students and their families; we are remunerated by partner institutions after a successful enrolment.

2. What our service is not

We are not a university, an examination body, an immigration authority or a licensed financial adviser. We cannot guarantee admission to any institution, the award of any scholarship, or the grant of any visa — those decisions belong to the respective institutions and authorities. Figures we quote for tuition and living costs are indicative and can be changed by institutions without notice.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful and complete information, including academic records. Applications built on inaccurate information are routinely revoked by institutions, sometimes after enrolment.
• Meet the deadlines we flag to you. We will chase, but the application is ultimately yours.
• Review every application before it is submitted. Nothing is filed without your (or your guardian's) sign-off.
• Where you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian in decisions carrying financial commitment.

4. Our responsibilities

• Present options honestly, including options that earn us nothing;
• Submit applications and scholarship files accurately and on time once you have approved them;
• Protect your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy;
• Tell you promptly if something goes wrong with an application we handle.

5. Website use

Content on growcraft.my is provided for general information and belongs to GrowCraft Education Sdn. Bhd. You may not scrape, republish or misrepresent it as your own. We may amend site content, and these terms, at any time; the revision date above identifies the current version.

6. Third-party payments

Tuition fees, deposits, examination fees and visa charges are paid by you directly to the institution or authority concerned. GrowCraft does not collect tuition on behalf of any institution, and any request to pay tuition into a GrowCraft account should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, GrowCraft's liability arising from the use of this site or our free counselling services is limited to re-performing the affected service. We are not liable for decisions made by institutions, scholarship bodies or immigration authorities, nor for losses arising from information you supplied inaccurately.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
