From “no idea” to a ranked shortlist in 45 minutes

CraftMatch is our structured matching session: your results, interests and family budget in one end — a ranked, costed, scholarship-checked shortlist out the other. Free, and yours to keep whatever you decide.

What happens in the session

1

Profile

Your grades, favourite subjects, working style and any career instincts you already have. No preparation needed — bring your result slip and your honest opinions.

2

Budget reality

We establish the real family budget early — including PTPTN, EPF education withdrawals and scholarship potential — so every option we discuss is one you could actually take.

3

The match

Your counsellor runs your profile against courses at 210+ institutions in Malaysia and abroad, filtering for entry requirements you meet and costs your budget carries.

4

The shortlist

You leave with a ranked list — typically five to eight courses — each with total cost, intake dates, scholarship odds and a recommended application order.

Who gets the most out of CraftMatch

  • Fresh SPM / IGCSE leavers deciding between foundation, diploma, A-Levels or matriculation — the fork with the biggest long-term consequences.
  • STPM, UEC and A-Level holders choosing between local degrees, twinning routes and direct overseas entry.
  • Diploma graduates hunting the credit-transfer route that skips the most semesters legitimately.
  • Parents planning ahead — plenty of families run a CraftMatch session a full year before results, just to see the terrain.
  • Course-switchers already enrolled somewhere that isn't working, who need a clean exit that protects completed credits.

What you take home

The shortlist document

Every matched course with fees, duration, intake dates, entry requirements and campus location — in one comparison table your whole family can read.

A scholarship report

Each award you qualify for, its value, deadline and renewal conditions, pulled from the same register we use for scholarship matching.

A deadline map

Working backwards from your target intake: when to apply, when scholarships close, when deposits fall due and when visa files must open for overseas routes.

One session. Every option on one page.

CraftMatch runs online or at our Petaling Jaya office, weekdays and Saturday mornings. Bring a parent — most students do.
