- Is GrowCraft really free for students?
- Yes. Universities and colleges pay us a recruitment fee after a student enrols, the same way they pay their own marketing teams. You pay the institution its normal fees — never more, and sometimes less once scholarships are applied. There is no version of our service with a price tag for students.
- Will you push me toward the university that pays you the most?
- No, and the structure of our fees is why: institutions in our network pay comparable rates, and our counsellors are paid salaries, not commissions per placement. Our reputation with parents is worth far more than any single referral fee.
- My results were weaker than I hoped. Is it still worth talking to you?
- Especially then. Foundation programmes, diploma-to-degree ladders and appeal windows exist precisely for this situation, and deadlines for them move fast after results day. A 20-minute call can usually surface two or three workable routes.
- Can you help if I want to study overseas straight away?
- Yes. We handle direct undergraduate entry to Australia, the UK, New Zealand and Ireland, including the application, scholarship search, visa file and pre-departure briefing. If your budget suggests a twinning route instead, we will show you that comparison honestly.
- Do you work with postgraduate applicants?
- We do. Master's and PhD guidance follows the same model — free for the applicant — though timelines differ and research programmes need supervisor matching, which we help arrange through our partner faculties.
- What happens after I enrol?
- We stay reachable through your first semester. Deferrals, course transfers, accommodation issues, scholarship renewals — if something wobbles, you message the same counsellor who placed you, not a call centre.
